Proshape Rx is an excersise and diet program and a weight loss pill at same time. It is made mostly of Hoodia Gordonii, African herb for suppressing hunger.
Proshape Rx also contains Chitosanm, a fat binder. Chitosan is a shell fish extract and not plant fiber complex like other fat binders.
Chitosan isn't as consistent as Neopuntia (the main ingredient of Proactol, one of our recommended pills). Although many users swear by it, Chitosan isn't clinically proven for weight loss.
Still, the other ingredients in Proshape Rx plus it's exercise and diet makes this a pretty good buy compared to some of our lower quality products.
